It was my fourth time staying in this hotel. I like the compact rooms with a nice bathroom and a balcony. I had a room at the fourth sides of the building and my least favoruite is the back (as it overlooks the trainstation and the interstate) Try to avoid those rooms, although the noise cancelling is very good. There is a big public bath on the 12th floor. I also recommend the bakery annex the lobby for some quality bread. I also had breakfast and it ris really lovely with fresh products. You can choose a Japanese or western breakfast (or just combine). Kudos to the staff and I always feel very welcome. Location is top: The hotel is just a street away from the National Stadium. There are two train stations nearby: Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station on the Toei-Oedo Line and the JR Sendagaya Station on the Chuo Line. Both Roppongi and Shinjuku are 10 minutes away by train. The neighbourhood is very quiet (unless there is a soccer game or a gymnastic concourse). The Meiji Shrine is a 10 minute walk away.

This property is in a great location, close to all of the main attractions in Tokyo but out of the hustle & bustle so nice & quiet! The staff are incredible, friendly & helpful! The room was spotless & the beds & pillows so comfortable! I am a very fussy traveller & I was very happy here! The bakery in the lobby has some of the most delicious food we have had you must try! We also hired a car for a day & they had secure parking you can pay for onsite which was very helpful! Would highly recommend a stay here!

Easily one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. It had easy access to subways and buses, was right next to the gorgeous Shinjuku Gyeon, and had modern room design. The balcony was exceptionally great, with the promised garden view that didn't disappoint. The ground floor bakery and restaurant were also very good. It feels slight removed from the city bustle, which is nice at the end of a long day (but be ready to walk a bit to get to the nearest conbini for a late night snack).

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly with helping to send our luggage to our next hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, and watching the sunset on the rooftop terrace was a highlight (we could see Mr Fuji!) We also liked that the hotel is in a quiet area, away from the chaos of busier parts of Tokyo, but has a metro stop right next to it for quick and convenient access to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.

Daniel

- room has balcony with great view - there is also a rooftop balcony and lounge area with the view of Japan National Stadium which is just across to the hotel - less than 1 min walk to Oedo Line and 2-3mins walk to JR Chuo-Sobu line - very convenient starting point to explore Shinjuku - walking distance to Olympic village and Sushi Masashi - spacious bathroom (has both bathtub and shower area)
